EXPANDED VARDEX REDLINE RANGE SETS THE STANDARD FOR ‘THICK’ THREAD PRODUCTION
With a new and vastly-expanded range of VARDEX Redline standard tooling and insert sizes, VARGUS is now offering the ultimate in ‘thick’ threading insert production.
The new-look range, which is produced in grade VKX (to replace grades GBX and GMX) to meet all general demands, is characterized by a host of new standard styles for ACME, American Buttress, API, API Buttress, API Round,BSPT, Stub ACME and UNJ.
In addition, the standard range has also been updated in terms of its BSW,ISO, NPT, Partial 55 and 60 deg, Round (DIN405), Trapez and UN styles.
New insert sizes have also been added – IC 1/4" and IC 1/2" – to complement the updated IC 3/8" – and complementary new and updated toolholders have been announced (the Redline range fits all existing toolholders).
