The new V-CAP toolholders feature a polygon-shaped shank, one of the most commonly used toolholder clamping systems available in the market today. Compatible with a wide range of machine types in all industrial sectors, the VARDEX V-CAP toolholders comply with ISO standard 26623.
Internal and external V-CAP toolholders are available for 3/8” (16mm) size inserts in the following shank sizes: C3, C4, C5 and C6. Special sizes are also available upon request.
All V-CAP toolholders are updated in VARGUS GENius™, VARGUS’ tool selector and CNC program generator, featuring the most popular and advanced thread turning and thread milling software on the market today.
